This Privacy Policy refers to your personal data that Toplivo AD collects in order to provide you with services according to the subject matter of the Organization.
We apply a privacy protection policy not only for data collected by you in paper form, personally filled in by you or by our representative, by email, correspondence or other lawful methods of collecting personal data, but also to the data collected on the Internet by our website www.toplivo.bg.
By this Privacy Policy, we inform you about our practices that we apply to your data protection, about your rights that you have referring to the collected personal data about you by our website and/or collected by us by other methods mentioned above.

General information

The Organization’s object of a business activity is related to supply, storage and trade in propane-butane gas, liquid fuels, petroleum products, coal and briquettes from import and domestic production; home and foreign trade in building materials and goods for home furnishing, spare parts for motor vehicles, domestic, food and non-food goods and services; engineering business activity - design and construction of storage objects and storage sites for fuels and commodities, commercial complexes; design, supply of facilities and construction of domestic and industrial gas, propane - butane; transport and forwarding activities and services; international transport; renting of property investments; commercial representation in the country and abroad; intermediary activities; exhibition and marketing activities; hotel and tourist services; restaurant and public eating establishment, trade in seeds, grain, grain and bakery products; trade in painters and varnishes and other chemical products; trade in light sources, lighting fixtures and quartz illumination products; purchases and sales of machinery, equipment and real estate.
The Company may also carry out any other business activity that is not prohibited by law.

Upon collecting and processing your personal data, our Company is subject to a number of laws and regulations that govern how such actions should be performed, for what purposes and what safeguards to protect personal data should be applied. The relevant regulation includes, but it is not limited to, the General Regulation on Personal Data Protection (Regulation (EU) 679/2016), the Personal Data Protection Act, etc. normative acts, as well as the subordinate normative acts issued based on them.

1. What personal data do we collect from you?

In the most of cases, we collect data from you that are explicitly mentioned in the law or those that are necessary for the conclusion of a specific agreement with you.
We shall inform you in a clear and transparent manner in case we have to collect from you personal data not expressly specified in the law as mandatory, but our Organization finds it necessary and/or it has a legitimate interest in their collection or it is necessary to protect your vital interests. The categories of personal data we use are: standard personal data, special categories of data, data related to convictions and violations, etc. Such data may include, for example, the names of the companies representing persons or the names of colleagues from the respective companies we communicate daily with, as well as their contact details, address or names of employees of the companies concerned and many others.

2. Video Surveillance

We have a Video Surveillance in our objects. The Video Surveillance is based on a legitimate interest of your organization in order to protect the objects and assets. The organization has taken the necessary technical and organizational measures to protect your privacy and the records to be stored and destroyed in accordance with all legal and our internal instructions, in compliance with the legislation.

We shall use your personal information only after your explicit consent for the specific purpose.

The organization discloses your personal information:
- only to state bodies, institutions and persons to whom we are obliged to provide personal data in accordance to the law;
- to persons who, by assignment, maintain equipment, software and hardware used for the processing of personal data and necessary for the establishment of the Organization's network, including the network of video cameras; of persons providing services in different fields.

The organization takes action and undertakes that these persons should apply the same protection to your personal data, as our own officers and to comply with the Privacy Policy of the Organization.

The organization collects, processes and stores personal data in compliance with any legal requirements and by applying adequate technical and organizational security measures.

The criteria for period determination are consistent with our desire to provide you with high-quality services, as well as normal development of our partners’ relationships.

10. Your right to access and information receiving

You have the right to request access to your personal data at any time.
You have the right to know what personal data we process for you and for what we use them, how we store them. In order to exercise your access rights, please send us a request for access.
In the unusual cases where we are not able to provide access to your personal information within a period of not more than 1 month, we shall inform you about the reasons.

You also have the right to ask our Organization to correct any inaccuracies in your personal data.
